Winter

and

Year Round Sails

The SV Rhona H "Winter Warmer"

A short two hour trip perfect for winter in the tradition of the old trading ketches. We depart Elizabeth St Pier, set sail and head towards points of the River Derwent close to Hobart.
 Highlights may include the Tasman Bridge, Bellerive, Battery Point, Sandy Bay or the Governors Residence.
 We aim to give you an experience of how the trading ketches sailed in the early days of Hobart and Tasmania.

The experience includes:

* Sailing on Hobart's oldest working sailing ship
* Morning or afternoon tea
* The opportunity to sail under the Tasman Bridge
* Hear the story of the shipwrecked Lake Illawara
* Sail past the slipyards at Battery Point (subject to wind conditions)
* A complimentary souvenir from the ship

You are welcome to help with the sails, take the helm or just sit back and relax.

We have warm clothing onboard and hand warmers, too!

Optional upgrage for the deluxe package to include a choice of a glass of white wine, red wine or a Willie Smith Cider
